30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and uninstalled.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and hardware.
Items that have been installed, modified, damaged through misuse, or are missing original components are not eligible for return.
Compatibility
Many guitar parts are designed for specific guitar models or configurations.
If you are unsure whether a product will fit your instrument, please contact us before placing your order. Our team is always happy to help you select the correct part and avoid unnecessary returns.
Incorrect Item Ordered
If you ordered the wrong item, you may return it within 30 days, provided it meets the return requirements above.
Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the buyer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
After reviewing your request, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate solution.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
